Can anyone say for sure if https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=648193 is related? Because that is exactly the bug I have.

Also, only one monitor seems to show the unlock screen for me. Is this normal, or is it a new bug?

There is a patch on http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-screensaver/commit/?id=b451865470836cb90dc1fc41546cf999e03a2a74 which should make things better if somebody wants to try it

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-screensaver - 3.2.0-1ubuntu2

Ok, I've uploaded the patch mentioned before to precise, if somebody having the issue could give that version a try and let us know how it work we can consider backporting it to oneiric later
