[FFE] display avatar in the messaging menu (regression)

Bug Description

This is a feature regression since natty. When new messages are received, the design spec states we should display the contact's avatar if it is set. This change adds a build depends for libindicate-gtk.

Nope, as it is right now it doesn't ever display the avatar in the indicator. In natty it displayed the avatar if there was one associated with the contact, and with this change it would be the same as for natty. If there are any screenshots already taken, they would just look like there wasn't an avatar for the contact.

This change does fix a feature regression since natty, so hopefully reduces the impact on docs and such.

Then as long as the docs team has no objection, I think it's fine.
