Description for a package is smushed onto one line

I've linked a branch with some description fixes, let me know if this bug is fixed in the branch.

I cannot reproduce the bug in r2149 of that branch, whereas I can in r2217 of trunk. Yay.

This bug was fixed in the package software-center - 4.1.21
