getsource instructions for 11.06 release fail in repo sync due to missing u-boot revision

Bug Description

seems repo does not fetch all tags, just heads; u-boot got rebased in the meantime, meaning the 2011.06.3 release is not accessible through any head anymore; hence fresh repo sync fails.

workaround/fix is to use refs/tags/2011.06.3 instead of the commit id for the release.2 branch manifests

I have updated the page "https://wiki.linaro.org/Platform/Android/BuildSource" according to this walk around method. I also made a test build with the tag "refs/tags/2011.06.03" of u-boot component for "leb-Panda", and the build has been done successfully.
