Binary package hint: ubiquity
The keyboard selection page does not let me choose anything othen then USA, selecting another option just reverts back to USA in the selection boxes. KDE frontend, havn't check the GTK frontend

The GTK version of the installer doesnt show the same behaviour but may be because it's a list instead of a combo. But anyway it suffers of different issues.
