Bug Description
Binary package hint: daemontools
The init scripts in the package are still checking /etc/event.d for the presence of the the upstart file before starting the svscan upstart job.
This means that svscan is never started automatically when the package is installed, and any existing svscan is left running when the package is upgraded.
