Binary package hint: mobile-broadband-provider-info

Hi,
Updated information for the following network:

Cell C (South Africa)

broadband modem configuration works well except that it creates a connection with

username: cellcis

when compared to the settings sent OTA

username: (none)

so please amend the cellc details to include no username or password for the connection settings. the access point and dialling number remains as before. (internet, *99#)
