i was upgrade my Karmic Koala and it happens, then i cannot continue with the install

Had the same problem disturb my dist-upgrade. qt4-dev-tools should:

Conflicts: libqtcore4 (<< 4:4.6.2)
Replaces: libqtcore4 (<< 4:4.6.2)
