Note: removing (or conditionalizing on kernel < 32) the line 402 mentioned in the compile log will fix the compilation. No idea what happens to the affected driver, though.

on Bug 538105, Marcelo Boveto Shima found the patch from upstream:

    a "1" is appended even though it doesn't need to be.
