Bug Description
The popularity stars present in the Add and Remove programs menu in 9.04 seem to be gone in 9.10, which makes it hard to download good software by checking popularity, making one instead resort to the internet to find the optimal software for their system.
Solution: Restore the popularity filter field.
Solution: Offer a 'popular applications' catagory.
