bump version to the final 2.6.4 release

As usual, I'll copy the -proposed packages to lucid once they are built and published, so no need to do separate uploads.

the python-profiler karmic-proposed upload only adds a new changelog entry, but does not change anything at all otherwise. Why is it needed?

Same for -stdlib-extensions?

profiler and stdlib-extensions: these are part of the python standard library, but built separately for license/packaging reasons. the version number should match with the python2.6 core package.

Since they change nothing but the version number and nothing functional at all, I don't like to trade a zero user benefit against a small, but nonzero regression risk.

Subscribing motu-sru, these two are in universe/multiverse; feel free to override me.

checked that the update for python-defaults does work.

I also confirm that the new python-defaults works well.

Rejecting stdlib-extensions for karmic. Zero changes -> zero benefit, and a nonzero regression potential.

python-stdlib-extensions will be fixed with the sync filed in #513181

python-profiler will be fixed with the sync request filed in #513247

I can confirm that the version of python-profiler in karmic-proposed, 2.6.4-0ubuntu1, has a version that matches the version of python. Simple attempts to profile python scripts and read profiles generated by the 2.6.3 version all worked and showed no signs of regression, though it wasn't exercised very hard.
