Attached is a minimal example to recreate this problem. It is caused when a QTimer is created in an object with double inheritance. I presume it is an issue in Sip.

I've the same problem, with no printed on my laptop and also this happen at the first reboot after installing the 9.10 beta downloaded.

I don't have any sip4-qt3 package in Karmic repositories. Or is it the same package as sip4?

sip4-qt3 is the source package name.
