Bug Description

Please package the tip of lp:bindwood.

Some notes from asac:

Use apt-url to install the extension on demand.
Touch the file to trigger restart notification in firefox from postinst.
Introduce a global pref or user pref to enable/disable once installed.

this is fixed release as bindwood is available in ubuntu now.
