Update to 2.27.4

As we have migrated to the Pulseaudio volume control now (gnome-volume-control), I have removed 07_use_gstreamer_volume.patch from gnome-settings-daemon too, so it uses Pulseaudio rather than GstMixer to change the volume.

I can revert that change if you want, but I thought it made sense to do that now.

Thank you for your work there, changing to use the upstream code makes sense

you didn't update the .install to install the new .ui apparently, could you do that and update the bug?

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-settings-daemon - 2.27.4-0ubuntu1
