Bug Description

This FFe is needed for the port to xulrunner 1.9.2 project. Currently an alpha version is in Lucid which relied on xulrunner-1.9.1.

mobile/locales/Makefile.in include:
 include $(topsrcdir)/toolkit/locales/l10n.mk

which is only available in mozilla-central

As a consequence building fennec 1.0b1 with xul 1.9.1 fails
