Bug Description
Binary package hint: xfce4
Xubuntu 9.04, when time zone is set with "Application" -> "Settings" -> "Time and Date", the time displayed in the panel (upper right) does not change. The problem occured both in changing from us-eastern to middle-european time and back again.
