Bug Description

Binary package hint: kubuntu-default-settings

Kubuntu 9.04.
Now .deb packages are opened with kpackagekit by default. They should be opened by gdebi-kde which is better and gives the user more feedback about possible errors.

The InitialPreference value is actually set the the gdebi-kde and kpackagekit .desktop files
