File Name Uploaded to KARL contains 'full path'

Hmm, I thought we had fully fixed these kinds of problems. I guess one of my implementations fell through the cracks. Chris, can you take this one?

Chris Rossi gets the award for "Fastest Jumping On a Bug and Fixing It
Ever" award. Under 20 minutes from when I assigned it to when he
closed it.
