Tried to use this option as work around for 9.04 ubiquity prob.
Use live cd. Open terminal. run "ubiquity --no-migration-

Will fix, but note that the reason it's crashing is that Mythbuntu already has code to disable migration-assistant which is a bit incautious. Thus, if you have a problem with the Mythbuntu frontend, --no-migration- assistant isn't likely to solve it!
