apparmor bug reports would benefit from an apport per-package hook

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apparmor

Apport supports the ability to collect information that is specifically of interest when debugging issues with a package. If a package hook for apparmor were written, we could potentially get much more informative bug reports without requiring reporters to gather more information after they've already reported the bug.

And, er, conveniently, I've developed one, revs 944 and 945 at https://code.launchpad.net/~sbeattie/apparmor/ubuntu.dev .

Also, the wiki page at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingApparmor will need to be updated to recommend bug reporters run "sudo ubuntu-bug apparmor" when reporting an issue.
