Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
Apport should let the user see the crash detail UI even if some packages are "obsolete".
Running intrepid/ubuntu+1, there are always a lot of updates so when a crash occurs, it's very likely that something else completely unrelated as been bumped, making apport claim it is not interested by further information about that particular crash.
It would be nice to go one step further and present crash details to the user so he can have a look at launchpad for existing bug reports (and maybe solution/

Please note that, as a developer, you can override the check once with defining $APPORT_ IGNORE_ OBSOLETE_ PACKAGES.
I agree that the note could be displayed in the crash details window, with the "send report" button being disabled.
