Bug Description

When I'm logged in to:
https://landscape.canonical.com/account/organization
and I'm trying to visit support page, available here: http://support.canonical.com/, it redirects me to the hell: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSO/SupportPortal.

The case is that none of the suggested solution are applicable and I wanted to open the case as we just purchased and deployed Canonical Landscape, but have some strange issue when registering the clients.

Thank you in advance for help.

Hello,

Not sure I understand what the actual issue is here. If you visit the http://support.canonical.com/ it's not working for you? You should be getting redirected to login and then properly view the page

Hello,
Let's start with the first issue, which about the support page, which is not accessible.
I confirm - it doesn't work, nor for me or anyone from the team. Take a look at the attached screenshot.

Tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Any updates?
I still cannot access it, what is more, from the ubuntu.com/pro, I have the same issue - it points to the same place even if I'm signed in.

Hi Damian,

What you're seeing probably indicates the assets on Canonical's side are not properly set to give you access to paid customer support.

If you signed up for Ubuntu Pro, you can write to either <email address hidden> (it might be <email address hidden>) or <email address hidden>, they will be able to set you up properly and then you should be able to access the support portal.

To be clear, this is not a bug with Ubuntu SSO; authentication is working properly and the failure is in the service provider (the support portal or Ubuntu Pro itself). I'll mark this bug as invalid based on this - please try the above suggestions, if they still don't get you any resolution feel free to post here again and someone will raise it internally to the support or customer success teams.
