Bug Description
[Impact]
After migrating to the new annotations-only model in jammy we introduced a typo in debian/
[Test case]
With debian.
$ fakeroot debian/rules clean updateconfigs
[Fix]
Replace @perl -> perl.
[Regression potential]
It's a trivial typo fix. Regressions can be introduced only if we are still using the old configs+annotations model.
