Merge modemmanager 1.20.4-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

The attachment "debdiff to 1.20.4-1 in unstable" seems to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff.
