Bug Description
I have 2 cars so record their petrol in 2 separate subcategories.
With HB 5.6 I find that if I change the date range in the Vehicle Cost Report, it produces duplicated subcat entries. Discovered this today (26/12/2022).
When I first open it, there are no duplicates. One I select one, still no duplicates. The first date in my HB file is 1/04/2020. If I change that to 1/04/2021 still no duplicated subcats.
** BUT ** if I change the date to 1/04/2021 duplicated entries appear. Not sure what's happening with the list of vehicle report cat/subcats which only seem to now duplicate when the date selection is changed, under some odd circumstances.

With fix for bug #1999963 released in 5.6.1 this bug #2000452 is still there. See attached jpg.

NB: in initial report I quoted date "1/04/2021" twice. That's an oops. It should have read ...
** BUT ** if I change the date from 1/04/2021 to 1/05/2021 i.e. 1st May 2021, or any later date, then the bug appears.
