These now reenable the compilation of nat6to4 with CC support.

After installing clang in my chroot, this builds as expected. Marking verification done.

From the history I see, the verification in Jammy has been incorrectly added by the bot. I suspect because of some 5.19 backports which possibly included multiple rebase steps. I will remove the verification tag for jammy.
