package yaru-theme-icon 22.04.2 failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/icons/Yaru/16x16/panel/a11y.svg', which is also in package yaru-theme-unity 21.10.2

Looks like the conflict has been resolved now as the file is not in yaru-theme-unity. Although people may hit this problem during upgrades.

Ack, i guess need to break/replace previous version then.

This bug was fixed in the package yaru-theme - 22.04.3.1
