driver updates to function normally.

To verify by following steps:
1. disable secure boot
2. $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:canonical-
3. $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kchsieh/ipu6
4. $ sudo apt install linux-oem-5.14 version 5.14.0-9029-oem or newer
6. $ sudo apt install libipu6ep
7. $ sudo apt install libcamhal-
8. $ sudo apt install libcamhal-ipu6ep0
9. $ sudo apt install libgsticamerain
10. $ sudo apt install gstreamer1.
11. $ sudo vim /etc/v4l2-relayd
-FORMAT=YUY2
+FORMAT=NV12
12. $ sudo reboot

Intel IPU6 platform is still under development and is not capable of
advanced power management features and may still suffer from stability
issues.

Removed linux-firmware from affected packages. No extra firmware needed, no existing firmware being updated. ipu6ep is still used.
