focal/linux-hwe-5.11: 5.11.0-40.44~20.04.1 -proposed tracker

Boot testing is currently blocked by a failed test on appleton-kernel. It cannot be retried right now as there seems yet another run already queued on it. However there are two other arm64 hosts which completed ok, and the previous upload passed boot testing. So I am treating this as a random failure.

This bug was fixed in the package linux-hwe-5.11 - 5.11.0-40.44~20.04.2
