Bug Description
Restating bug 1781105.
If only one subscription exists on a record, the Quick Receive action should automatically receive against that subscription without making the user select a (the only) subscription. Current behavior surfaces the "select subscription" modal even if there is only a single subscription.
Tagging as needs discussion, since there is no universe in which I'm a serials expert.

Andrea, I think you are correct that if there is only one subscription, the Quick Receive should just automatically select that subscription to receive against.
I am not opposed to leaving the popup window, because if there are multiple subscriptions and an inexperienced user suddenly gets a popup, they would probably be totally confused about what they should do, but the subscription should already be chosen in the drop-down box, rather than it be blank.
I would go further to bring in https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/evergreen/ +bug/1773265 and say that it should probably default to the current, open subscription if there is more than one subscription. They almost never need to receive against a closed one (occasionally we get a claimed issue, but it doesn't happen too often).
