I don't see time for other cities (intlclock package)

Bug Description

While calenar pops up, i see names of locations, i see analog clock, i see weather, but i don't see a time in text, screenshot attcached.

Sometimes time text is work, but almost time it doesn't work.

p.s. bug report tool said there is no intlclock package in ubuntu %) i got this error "u'Package intlclock not published in Ubuntu'"

Thanks for your report. Are you using the standard GNOME Panel clock in Ubuntu 8.04, or have you installed the intlclock package separately?

On screenshot is standart clock applet from 8.04. But I have intlclock applet installet separately too, it shows text ok, but haven't weather etc.

I'm unable to reproduce this with 8.04. Do you have a working internet connection when this bug occurs?

Yes, i'm online while using it.

There is another bug, while showing temperature on the panel. Screenshot attached.
