I know root is full of old modules. I tried to purge them but these are the resulting comments:

You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-image-lowlatency : Depends: linux-image-5.8.0-38-lowlatency but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution)".

It won't update because of these bugs. Thank you.

Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug.

I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709

I've marked this as incomplete; as I don't see a bug, only user issues ("No space left on device"). If you believe I'm in error, please leave a comment as to why, and you can change the status back to New.

FYI: This bug report can be changed into a question

Hi
Thanks for your reply.  Somehow when i install the desktop update icon, it won’t delete the old kernels. So it filled up the root disk (256 MB) thereby it won’t update due to space issues.  I noticed this problem from Ubuntu 18 and up. So i have to delete old kernels manually on Terminal. Unfortunately, since the root disk is full it won’t allow me to update or remove the old kernels.  Thanks
Abd
