Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Ubuntu Hardy alpha 3, with ubiquity updated
In steps 1 and 2 of the installer, the "Cancel" button is second from right. In steps 3 to 8, "Cancel" is third from right, because the "Back" button is present. This looks sloppy.
This could be fixed by:
* making the "Back" button visible at every step, but insensitive on step 1;
* removing the "Cancel" button entirely, because it's redundant with the title bar's close button.
Removing the "Cancel" button entirely would have the extra benefit of removing confusion in the confirmation alert for quitting the installer (bug 45690): the process of quitting the installer would no longer involve two "Cancel" buttons with opposite meanings.
