Bug Description

* Impact
gnome-software segfaults in the snap handling code in some cases

* Test case
No specific steps to test but look at the error reports, there should be no entry for the next version

* Regression potential
The code is just changing the installation date info, check that this one is still rightly displayed for most snaps

Accepted gnome-software into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-software/3.28.1-0ubuntu4.18.04.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

gnome-software 3.28.1-0ubuntu4.18.04.2 has been in bionic-proposed for few days now and errors.ubuntu.com shows that no crash has been detected for this version. Marking as verification-done.
