[bug description]
1.点击开始菜单-所有程序-屏幕保护程序，设置于此时间后视计算机为空闲的时间大于60分钟Click "Start Menu" - "All Programs" - "Screen Saver", set computer is idle for more than 60 minutes；
2.The minute part is blocked.

[expectation]
Time shows completely.
