python3-libertine should not recommend python3-libertine-lxd

Bug Description
Ubuntu Kylin's default install includes lxd. This is odd so I investigated.
The dependency chain is:
indicator-datetime > libubuntu-
So python3-libertine recommends python3-
Although python3-libertine is in main, python3-
Ubuntu (Unity) doesn't install lxd by default because the .iso only uses packages from main.
If libertine needs lxd, then python3-
Otherwise, I'm submitting a merge proposal to drop that Recommends to a Suggests.
