App stage not stored until app closed

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Confirmed, also realized this works fine if you close an app in a certain stage - it gets stored then.

This bug was fixed in the package unity8 - 8.12+16.10.20160627.5-0ubuntu1
