Bug Description
[Impact]
Currently kpatch-build uses 'make' to build the kernel; however when we build the ubuntu kernel we use debian/rules to do the build. By using debian/rules we can match all build quirks.
[Test Case]
Use kpatch-build to build a patch.
[Regression Potential]
We are using a different mechanism to build the kernel, however the underlying mechanisms should be similar. Testing is required to ensure this doesn't change the behavior.
