Bug Description

I am running an IBM ThinkPad X31 with ATI Radeon Mobility M6 graphic card. After latest dist-upgrade on Gutsy, I have completely lost the color depth and the screen is almost grey.

    02_add_option_for_lvds_mode.diff
    - Add an option for using LVDS mode (default: on), setting false
      enables CVT-mode (LP: #150278, #150370, #150497)
