[HERE maps] UI elements broken for sign-in and register procedure

Bug Description

1. Open Here maps
2. Open the "grid" menu
3. Click "sign in"

Expected behaviour:
I can sign in or register

Behaviour I get:
Multiple elements are broken. Some examples:
- "sign in with facebook" button doesn't do anything. However, when you press that button and click the "X", you don't return to here maps but to a blank page.
- Register "date of birth" and "country" selection lists not working
