Bug Description
Since I have installed Freya (used Luna before) I can not close applications like Skype or Tomahawk from tray.
Reproduce:
- right click on tray icon
- chose "close" from the menu bar
- nothing happens
Expected behavior:
- right click on tray icon
- chose "close" from the menu bar
- application closes
Hardware specs:
Processor: Dual Core AMD A6-5400K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
RAM: 3,3 GiB
Graphics: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Trinity [Radeon HD 7540D]

Funnily, I've just noticed if left clicked before picking "close" from the menu bar. Menu bar opens if right clicked as well, but does nothing if you click "close" afterwards.
