Bug Description
I am running newest version of Inkscape 0.91 w/Windows 7. I open up bitmap and use the "Trace Bitmap" feature. Inkscape produces a good copy. I then export DXF. When I open up the DXF in a CAD software, the dxf has random intersect lines that are attached to sharp angled nodes. I attached a JPEG as an example of what is happening. When I "Trace Bitmap" and then "Simplify", then the random lines disappear, but then I have less detail of the traced image when importing into CAD program.

Please also attach the original Inkscape SVG file and the exported DXF file to the bug report to allow further investigation. A screenshot of the DXF export options dialog might also be helpful.
