Silverlight: lack of microphone and camera suppport

Bug Description
Distribution: Ubuntu 14.10 64bit

Way to reproduce:
click right button on silverlight object -> Silverlight -> Webcam/microphone
There is nothing in the list of audio and video sources. In fact, when I try to connect with an online support on the webpage of my bank using silverlight framework, the microphone is not detected.
I check if it's not a problem of wine (1.71.31) -> software using a microphone works properly.

this problem is already known and I opened a Wine bug report about half a year ago: https:/
Seems like nobody is interested in implementing this in Wine and there is also no easy workaround by using any native dlls. I therefore doubt that this bug is going to be fixed any time soon.
