Touch tests changes to the certification whitelist

Hey Ara

Playing with the gallery app I cannot perform the zoom out gesture. The only way I can restore the zoom factor is by performing double tap. Is there a spec anywhere that shows how this is expected to work?

I don't think there is a spec, but I know of people that tried expand-to-zoom in their touchscreens and it should work.
