Bug Description

When querying the database, returns the error: COLLATION UNICODE_CI_AI for CHARACTER SET UTF8 is not installed. This is a ubuntu package problem, not associating the right ICU lib for firebird.

Ubuntu package needs a sync request with package from debian jessie

A few patches are needed (already applied in debian package) check the log for icu related changes
