Bug Description
I have just upgraded to 13.10.
Some elements of the desktop are black:
* Notifications
* Window borders
* The terminal
* Tooltips in Chrome browser
I can't tell much more at the moment, it might be related to my graphic card? I'm on a Dell XPS 13.
