Bug Description
It is impossible to skip the Ubuntu one login step during a screen reader desktop installation of 20130925.1 images. The 'Log in later' or 'Register later' buttons can NOT be selected using the keyboard and can only be clicked using mouse pointer.

Just tried beta2. It cannot be installed without a mouse for the same reason.
