Bug Description
When using update-manager to upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 beta, the window displays 'upgrading to 13.04'. I believe this should read 'upgrading to 13.10'!

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu- release- upgrader - 1:0.204

* Call update-manager instead of raising it's UnsupportedDialog
error. (LP: #1210643) Thanks to Dylan McCall for some help with this.
* Replace references to 13.04 with 13.10 (LP: #1225665)
