Bug Description

When attempting to create l2 gateways or create/delete logical routers, NVP errors are masked by an exception caused by a reference to an attribute that no longer exists on a cluster object.

    Remove wrong reference to object attribute in nvplib

    Plus, added negative tests that were not covering the
    exception handling bits.
