Bug Description
On F18, tools/openstack works fine with the Folsom packages in the main repo, but not with the grizzly side repo.
Seems to be keystone related, I guess we're missing some new config setting required for grizzly, the install works, then the keystone/nova configuration at the end of tools/openstack install fails with authentication errors, and subsequent attempts to do keystone/nova CLI commands fail.
